Womi Laghubitta (WOMI) and Suryodaya Laghubitta (SLBS) Sign Final Agreement for Merger

Womi Laghubitta (WOMI) and Suryodaya Laghubitta (SLBS) have signed the final merger agreement with each other. The agreement was signed on Poush 29, 2078 (3: 15 pm) between the companies.

Earlier, both the companies had called their respective AGM to endorse a share swap ratio of 1: 1 for the merger. The companies had decided to go on a merger with each other via a merger agreement on Bhadra 15, 2078. Thus, share trading of the company was since halted in NEPSE.

Womi Laghubitta posted a net profit of Rs 49.17 million in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2078/79. Meanwhile, Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited posted a net profit of Rs 30.64 million in the same period.
