Yak & Yeti Hotel Calls 46th AGM on Chaitra 03 With These Agendas

Yak & Yeti Hotel Limited (YHL) has called its 46th AGM on 3rd Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in Yak & Yeti Hotel, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Elect 2 directors.
5) Misc.
Falgun 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today can attend the AGM.
