Yatri Suites & Spa Appoints Muktinath Capital as Corporate Advisor

Yatri Suites & Spa Private Limited has appointed Muktinath Capital Limited as their Corporate Advisor for financial consulting and management services.

The agreement, signed by Mr. Chyung Gurung, President of Yatri Suites, and Mr. Kabindra Dhoj Joshi,  Chief Executive Officer of Muktinath Capital, outlines services including restructuring the hotel in Thamel into a limited company, resource management, business planning, hotel marketing, and public share issuance.

Located on its own 2.5 Ropani land in Kathmandu's main tourist area, the hotel currently features 99 rooms, 3 restaurants, 1 spa, and 8 seminar halls. Yatri Suites plans to upgrade to a 4-star hotel, expanding to 147 rooms by 2081/082, and adding amenities like a rooftop swimming pool, gym club, and lounge bar to enhance services for local and international tourists.
