Yeti Dev Bank appoints NCM Merchant banking as issue manager for 50% right share

Yeti Development Bank Limited (YETI) has appointed NCM Merchant Banking Limited as its issue manager. Sagar Sharma, Deputy CEO of Yeti Development Bank and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, Issue Manager of NCM Merchant Banking Ltd signed the agreement. Yeti Development Bank Limited 14^th AGM held on Shrawan 15, 2073 had endorsed 2:1 (50%) right share. Issuing a press statement it stated that NMC Merchant Banking will be the issue manager for 2:1 right shares of Yeti Development Bank. The bank is issuing 69.31 lakh unit right share. After 50 percent right share issuance its issued and paid up capital will reach to Rs 2.07 arba.
