Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (CBBL) has amended name of the company.
As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, the decision of 16th AGM to change the name to “Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited” has been approved by the Office of Company Registrar (OCR). Moreover, the registered address of the company has been changed to New Baneshwor, Kathmandu – 31 from New Baneshwor, Kathmandu – 34.
