Last day to clinch 2.26% bonus of Nepal Insurance Company; LTP at Rs 726

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL).
The board meeting of the company has announced bonus shares of 2.26% for its shareholders worth Rs 1,36,61,484.97 from the profit of FY 2073/74.
The book closure date for the general meeting has been set on Baisakh 07, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares of Nepal Insurance Company till Baisakh 06 (i.e. today) will be eligible for participating in the AGM.
It will be convening 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 21, 2075. The AGM is going to be held at Airport Hotel, Sinamangal at 11:00 AM.
The insurance company has reported a net profit of Rs 4.27 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal year. The company has already declared 100% right shares for its shareholders. The current paid up capital of Rs 30.19 crore will amount to Rs 61.76 crore after the adjustment of 100% right shares and 2.26% bonus shares.
The company will again issue 65% right shares worth Rs 40.14 crore and maintain its paid up capital at Rs 1.01 arba.
Its LTP stood at Rs 726 as of last trading day.
