NEPSE lists 1.78 crore unit bonus shares of 6 different companies; 40.81 lakh unit FPO of Butwal Power Company also gets listed

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 1.78 crore unit bonus shares of 6 different companies along with 40.81 lakh unit FPO shares of Butwal Power Company. The shareholders holding the shares will be able to trade the shares in the secondary market.

NEPSE has listed 2,45,987 unit bonus shares of Salt Trading Corporation (STC). The corporation had declared 25% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2073/74.

7,40,000 unit bonus shares of Goodwill Finance Company Limited (GFCL) has also been listed in the secondary market for trading. It had declared 10.19% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74.

Shikhar Insurance Company Limited’s (SICL) 23,96,423 unit bonus shares have also been listed in the stock exchange. The insurance company had distributed 29% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2073/74.

NEPSE has also listed 2,32,100 unit bonus shares of Saptakoshi Development Bank (SKDBL). The shareholders of the development bank had received 4.782% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74.

Likewise, 1,40,52,201.35 unit bonus shares of Nepal Investment Bank (NIB) has also been listed by NEPSE. The bank had declared 15% bonus shares from the net profit of fiscal year 2073/74.

2,00,000 unit bonus shares of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MSLB) has also been listed by the stock exchange. The microfinance company had distributed 50% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2073/74.

Apart from all the bonus shares, the FPO of Butwal Power Company has also been listed by NEPSE. 40,81,000 unit FPO of BPCL has been listed by the stock exchange. The company had floated the offering for Rs 501 per share.
