Prabhu Life Insurance conducts first AGM; decision to float IPO to general public endorsed

Prabhu Life Insurance has conducted its first AGM at Lainchaur Banquet of Kathmandu on Jestha 10, 2075.

The newly operating Life Insurance through first AGM has nominated its BOD members from the AGM. Dr. Aatmaram Ghimire, Mr. Suvash Amatya, Mr. Rameshor Sapkota and Mr. Maniram Pokhrel have been elected as new board members of the company.

The AGM has also endorsed all the financial reports and balance sheets of previous fiscal years submitted by earlier boards, appointed auditor for the upcoming fiscal year and approved the board’s decision to float shares to general public as IPO.
