United Insurance appoints new chairman

Mr Udaya Krishna Upadhyaya has been appointed as the chairman of United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC). The 298th BOD meeting of the company held on Poush 30, 2074 has appointed him in the post. He was nominated by the newly elected board. The press statement issued by the company today informs that Mr Wilson Man Ranjit and Mr Sabindra Sagar Tuladhar; directors have been appointed to lead the Audit Committee and Claim Committee respectively.
